7DRL Dev log, day 3


Day 3: A picture is worth about twenty-seven characters

A bit of progress today: items are mostly working, I just need to fix the AI for enemies to use them, and the level generation to include them. Also: Enemies have unique procedurally generated names and faces. Helps telling them apart.

Finally, a bit of work on the controls. My goal is to have the entire game playable using only four directional keys, a confirm key, and a cancel key, but with plenty of labeled shortcuts. Seems to work so far.
